Live Chat Challenge - How It Works

Dealer e-Process is looking for 40 dealers to take part in the Live Chat Challenge. These dealers will receive the award winning Dealer e-Process Proactive Live Chat for FREE for 30 days. The dealers that wish to participate are not obligated to sign any contracts for any monies.

The dealers who wish to participate must meet and agree to the following:
• Have never used Dealer e-Process Live Chat.
• Have at least 4000 unique visitors per month to their website.
• Not currently using any other live chat program during the challenge.
• Agree that Live Chat will engage proactively on dealer site 10 seconds after visitor arrives.
• Consent to have results posted on LiveChatChallenge.com website.
• Consent to have dealership name and results published in any form of marketing.

The Live Chat Challenge results will be posted in real time in the Challenge Standings section of the website. The winner of the live chat challenge will be the dealer who has the most chats after 30 days. This dealer will be awarded Pro Active Live Chat from Dealer e-Process for six months free of charge, along with the Live Chat Challenge trophy. 2nd through 5th place will receive an exclusive offer.
