Live Chat Challenge, How It Works
Congratulations to Al Serra Automotive for winning the first ever Live Chat Challenge. The race was close up until the very end with Carnival Kia and Kingdom Chevy vying for the top spot. Al Serra actually started off in the lead, but by the end of week 1, they lost a bit of steam to Kingdom Chevy, and at halftime they sat in third place behind Carnival Kia. They came back strong in the end and took the top spot with a week left and never looked back. You can check out all the results at livechatchallenge.com. We had some big surprises in the April Challenge, including Black Diamond Harley, which started out slow but cracked the top tier by the end. Black Diamond was one of those dealers that saw a 30% leap in the number of leads they got due to live chat, and their lead conversion also got a huge boost. Even though they didn’t come out on top during the April challenge, we’re still thrilled to have Black Diamond Harley stay on with Dealer e.


Both Fremont Toyota and North Park Mazda saw a huge boost compared to their previous lead stats and decided to give our award winning live chat a try. It was a close competition to the end and no one’s lead was ever really safe. All the dealers who took up the Live Chat Challenge should be proud.


Now it’s time to get ready for the July 2012 Live Chat Challenge. We’re looking for dealers all over North America who want to take things up a notch just like North Park, Freemont, and Black Diamond did. Are you ready?
